Cancel Policy

You can cancel unshipped items by going to your account, then click on 'check status' of your order. You will see a cancel link to each item you have placed. Or, you can cancel by calling us at 609-333-8980.

With MyNutrition.com, the safety of your privacy is guaranteed. Your personal information is used only to process your orders and to provide you with more personal and better services.

Your Account and Personal Information
MyNutrition.com collects your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card information and email address only for the purpose of serving you. We use the information only to process your order, answer your questions, or improve our services for you. We will never sell, trade, rent or release your personal information to any third party unless we are legally bound to do so.

Occasionally we may use this information to notify you of special promotions which you may find interesting. However, you can choose not to receive such information by calling us at 609-333-8980 or sending us e-mail at customercare@mynutrition.com.

Cookies
MyNutrition.com uses a temporary cookie during your shopping process. The cookie disappears once you close your browser. In addition, the cookie neither sends any information to us, nor leaves any at your hard disk.

Your browser may warn you when a Web site tries to set a cookie. You must accept the cookie in order to make your shopping successful. This is purely a technical matter. You need to do the same with other e-commerce sites, too. If you feel uncomfortable with this, you can still place an order by calling (609-333-8980) or faxing (609-333-8981) us.


Shipping Policy

At MyNutrition.com, we are committed to make things, including shipping, simpler for our customers. We offer a low flat rate for both domestic and international shipping, no matter how large your order is.

For international shipping, your packages might be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped. Since this varies from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for information regarding import duties, taxes and other charges for customs clearance, which must be borne by you.

Orders received before 4:00 pm Eastern Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 4:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the next day. Orders received before 11:00 AM on Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM or Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional 1-2 days. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Your refund will appear on your credit card in approximately 3-4 weeks after your returned items are accepted (Please see our return policy.). Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.


Return Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund. The items to be returned must be in their original conditions. Please return only unopened items.

How to return
1. E-mail us at customercare@mynutrition.com before you return the items. Indicate your name, order number and your return reasons briefly. Whatever your reasons are, we will give you a prompt reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Include your RMA number and the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, you may want to insure your returning items, if necessary, for shipment. (If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.)

Security Policy

MyNutrition.com employs Internet’s most advanced security technologies to ensure the safety of your credit card information. Therefore, you have every reason to feel comfortable with us. Besides, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, however, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


Tax Policy
State law requires that we collect sales tax (6%) on all orders shipped to the State of New Jersey.
