The installation procedure for simplified Chinese

You need to have Microsoft Internet Explorer (V5 or higher) installed on your PC.

1. In Internet Explorer, select Windows Update from the Tools menu.

2. If it pops up a Security Warning window saying "Do you want to install and run Microsoft Active Setup ...", Click the Yes button.

3. You will see a window of Select Software. Scroll down until you see "Chinese (Simplified) Menus and Dialogs for Internet Explorer". Click on its checkbox and then click the Download button.

4. Click the Start Download button.

5. Please read the License Agreement. If you agree, click the Yes button.

6. The downloading starts. Wait until it finishes and then click the Restart button to restart your PC.
