Dr. Cai was graduated from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1970 and is currently a chief doctor of a major hospital in Nanjing. Since 1988, Dr. Cai has been engaged in the research on the prevention and treatment of pygmyism. 1. An 18-year-old Miss Zhao visited Dr. Cai in 2000. In 1982, when she was two years old, she grew to only 65 cm in height and 4.4 kg in weight.
